The stress of this year is all over.

This is a breathing method called "Box Breathing", which is also used for stress control in stressful situations such as battlefields.

It is a way to get back control of your body even in an emergency.
  1. Close the mouth, take a breath for 4 seconds from the nose
  2. Hold for 4 seconds
  3. Exhale for four seconds
  4. Hold for 4 seconds

Make one or more of the above, and repeat until you feel better.

It is a simple but scientifically effective breathing method, and firefighters and police officers also practice it. When you are hit by intense stress at work etc., let's use it immediately.
