Less stress, less weight...........
A little stress can be good, but most Americans are experiencing unhealthy amounts. When we feel threatened, our bodies produce chemicals that help us lift on our occasions. But if our lives turn into challenging roller coasters, we pack the pounds. Fortunately, the road to stress reduction also leads to weight loss. There are three ways to do this.
1) Chronic stress gives you belly fat .
When you feel stress, your brain sends a message to the adrenal glands of the kidneys, producing the hormone cortisol. Overtime, cortisol tells your body to store more energy. This is an euphemism. Your fat cells tell by increasing more abdominal fat. Lovely. So, give it a try: walking meditation Whenyou're spending a jam-packed day, focus on each breath, focusing in 15 minutes for a walking meditation that breathes from your diaphragm You Medical students who used this technique have reduced the prevalence of stress by nearly 47%. 2) stress craves fat, sweet food.
We can find pleasant food. After stressful events, the remaining cortisol releases neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters eat sweet and delicious things. Eating high school food helped your ancestors survive when they were “stressed”. Today's food choices are more like a curse than a blessing, as donut shops are held everywhere.
